🚘 Driving & Car Rentals

Driving is often the easiest way to explore Calgary, especially if you plan to visit multiple areas of the city.Most major rental car companies operate directly from the airport, and parking is generally straightforward in residential areas and around the city.

🚕 Rideshare & Taxis

Rideshare services are widely available throughout Calgary and are a great option if you prefer not to drive.

Uber - Available from YYC Airport
Taxi - Traditional taxi/cab services are available in the city and can be booked by phone or app.

🚆 Public Transit

Calgary’s public transit system includes buses and the CTrain (light rail), which connects many major areas of the city! Public transit is affordable and reliable, especially for trips downtown and along main routes.
